Remove redundant @GrabResolver transform

Browse Source 
Previously, a transform was used to add @GrabResolver annotations
during compilation that added the Spring milestone and snapshot
repositories. This functionality is now handled by
RepositoryConfigurationFactory so the transform is no longer required.
