Improve Spring Mobile Auto-configuration

- Upgrade Spring Mobile dependency to 1.1.2
- Rename SitePreferenceAutoConfiguration "enabled" property
- Add Auto-configuration for LiteDeviceDelegatingViewResolver
- Update docs
